Richard Eppel works with CEOs, company owners and senior management to significantly improve innovation and execution excellence throughout the product development and management functions of the organization. He is a Managing Director of Denary Corporate Development (www.denary.com) a consultancy with offices in Austin. Prior to joining Denary, Eppel gained considerable first-hand experience leading entrepreneurial companies in the high-tech electronics and software industries. Eppel has over ten years of consulting experience across a number of industries. Engagements focus on (1) helping executives improve revenue growth through strategy reformulation, (2) improving profits through business process design, and (3) improving innovation and execution excellence. Eppel focuses on creating highly engaged and empowered cross-functional teams capable of achieving the breakthroughs required to respond effectively in a rapidly changing marketplace. Specializing in corporate turnarounds, Richard brought his high energy, results-oriented approach and his powerful strategic and communications skills to bear on a wide range of organizations. These organizations provided system solutions to the embedded market, offered PC compatible computer platforms and systems for real-time commercial and industrial applications, and provided fault tolerant systems for mission critical applications. Richard graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Starting his computer career with Control Data Corporation, he held a variety of positions, including General Manager, Director of Engineering, Product Line Management, Product Line Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Manager and Systems Engineer. Richard is married and lives in Austin, Texas. He and his wife enjoy traveling, vacationing in areas with great beaches and blue water, walking, biking and, when the opportunity arises, sailing. |

Tim Wright, MBA, has more than 30 years experience building, managing, researching, and enhancing employee engagement in a variety of industries. Tim is recognized as an outstanding leader and communicator, experienced in performance improvement, culture change, organization change, and leadership development. As President/CEO of Wright Results (www.wrightresults.com), Tim has helped almost 250 organizations build employee engagement plans and strategies, to achieve measurable business success. Tim's Culture to Engage™ curriculum has been received by more than 10,000 participants, helping them and their companies redefine their business culture to embrace engagement that drives performance. His clients have included hospitals, medical centers, nursing homes, medical practices, professional associations, and financial and billing institutions. At the director level, Tim was in charge of a 300-employee training and development group in one of the nation's largest telecommunications companies. In that 15 year stint, Tim and his organization contributed to quantified benefits by the several business and residence sales units. The 10,000+ employees in small-, medium-, and strategic business sales and in residence sales/customer service turned to Tim's organization for new-hire training, behavioral and sales skills courses, presentation and objection-response programs, as well as a variety of skill-specific training courses. Serving as Vice President of Quality and Training with Genesys, a conference call services provider, Tim generated a company-wide curriculum including training for the 300 operators and reservationists (call center) employees in 6 offices, nation-wide.
